Answer a few questions to get your estimated trade-in value. If you pay monthly, we’ll apply your trade-in value as an instant credit, lowering the amount you finance. Pay the full amount today and we’ll credit your payment method after we’ve received and evaluated your trade-in.
You’ll keep your trade-in device until you receive your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch. We’ll send a trade-in kit and email instructions on how to back up and transfer your data, and how to prep your device before you ship it back.
Once we receive your device, a team will inspect it and verify its condition. If everything checks out, your trade-in is complete. If your device doesn’t match the condition you described, you’ll receive an email with next steps.
If you paid in full and the value of your trade-in was more than the cost of your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch, you’ll receive an ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵGift Card by email with the remaining amount.
If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in credit, we’ll recycle it for free. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll get an email with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to box up your old device and find your nearest drop-off location.
