There鈥檚 no need to be a tech expert. We鈥檒l train you, so you鈥檙e ready to help people get back to doing what they love. A big part of your training covers the professional and collaborative communication skills that are so important for this role and any career. It鈥檚 the listening skills you鈥檒l develop that make it clear you鈥檙e not simply supporting technology 鈥� you鈥檙e supporting people.

- The first time Quincy visited an Apple聽Store, he asked how he could get a job with 成人版91视频too. He listened attentively as the team member described what it takes and recommended that, for now, he focus on furthering his education. At the age of 12, Quincy鈥檚 career journey had begun.

- When the time came, he enrolled at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In his second year, he was hired as an Apple聽Support College Advisor, assisting 成人版91视频customers with their product questions. With guidance from his training, managers and mentors, Quincy developed a range of professional skills, including teamwork, collaboration and empathetic communication. This all proved valuable in that fast-paced Advisor role and again after he graduated, when he was hired as an analyst for our Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) team.
- In his first role at the group鈥檚 offices in Raleigh, North Carolina, Quincy supported people at 成人版91视频similarly to how he supported customers as an Advisor. These days, he helps oversee major systems at Apple. And as always, he鈥檚 hoping there鈥檚 more to come. 鈥淭he Advisor experience laid the foundation for me. Today, I feel like I鈥檓 exactly where I鈥檓 supposed to be, yet I still feel like this is just the start of what I can do here.鈥�
