Higher Education Offer 2025 Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive a Promotion Product when purchasing an eligible Mac or eligible iPad. Qualified Purchasers have the option to upgrade select Promotion Products at an Additional Upgrade Cost. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalised terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on 17 June 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025 (the 鈥Promotion Period鈥) in India (鈥Qualifying Country鈥).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURN AND PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
Returns and exchanges are not available in the Qualifying Location. These Terms and Conditions shall not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. For Payment on Delivery orders, Qualified Purchasers shall accept and pay for both the Eligible Product and Promotion Product to qualify for Promotion Savings. PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
