Answer a few questions to get your estimated trade-in value. Choose monthly payments and we’ll apply the value as an instant credit. Pay in full and we’ll credit your payment method after we receive and evaluate your trade-in.
You’ll keep your trade-in device until you receive your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch. We’ll email instructions and free shipping details so you can drop off your trade-in at a participating location. We’ll also send a trade-in kit with a box for packing up your device.
Once we receive your device, a team will inspect and verify its condition. If everything checks out, your trade-in is complete. If your device doesn’t match the condition you described, you’ll receive an email with next steps.
If you paid in full and we confirm that the value of your trade-in was more than the cost of your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch, you'll receive an ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵGift Card by email with the remaining amount.
If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in value, we’ll recycle it for free. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll get an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to box up your old device and locate your nearest drop-off location.

You must be at least the age of majority to be eligible to trade in for credit or for an ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵGift Card. Trade-in value may be applied toward qualifying new device purchase, or added to an ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵGift Card. Actual value awarded is based on receipt of a qualifying device matching the description provided when estimate was made. Sales tax may be assessed on full value of a new device purchase. In-store trade-in requires presentation of a valid photo ID (local law may require saving this information). Offer may not be available in all stores, and may vary between in-store and online trade-in.
