You’ll keep your trade-in device until you receive your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch. Once your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch ships, we’ll send a trade-in kit and email instructions on how to back up and transfer your data, and how to prep your device before you ship it back.
Once we receive your device, a team will inspect it and verify its condition. If everything checks out, your trade-in is complete. If your device doesn’t match the condition you described, you’ll receive an email with next steps.
If you paid in full and we confirm that the value of your trade-in was more than the cost of your new ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵWatch, you'll receive an ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵGift Card by email with the remaining amount.
If your device doesn’t qualify for trade-in credit, please recycle it responsibly. You may take your device to your nearest ³ÉÈË°æ91ÊÓƵStore and we’ll accept it for free or you can take your old device to a local collection point.
