We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products at the ���˰�91��ƵOnline Store (we’ll refer to this as the “���˰�91��ƵStore” in this policy).

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the ���˰�91��ƵStore. By placing an order or making a purchase at an ���˰�91��ƵStore, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the ���˰�91��ƵStore. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

To return an undamaged product purchased at the ���˰�91��ƵStore, please contact us at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00 and 19:00 Sunday to Thursday within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Once we receive your returned product, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following:

• Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
• The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, ���˰�91��ƵGift Cards, and any ���˰�91��ƵDeveloper products.
• ���˰�91��Ƶprovides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, ���˰�91��Ƶmay refuse the return or exchange.
• Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return Apple-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

���˰�91��Ƶreserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the ���˰�91��ƵStore at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. In addition to your right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason as explained above, should ���˰�91��Ƶreduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact the ���˰�91��ƵStore toll free at 8000 444 0396 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit, you must contact ���˰�91��Ƶwithin 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Order, Order Acknowledgement, and Order Acceptance

To place an order for products or services at the ���˰�91��ƵStore, you can visit the store website at http://www.apple.com/ae or use the ���˰�91��ƵStore mobile app, and then simply add the products you want to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your ���˰�91��ƵID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Alternatively, you can call the ���˰�91��ƵStore toll free at 8000 444 0396 between 10:00-19:00 Sunday to Thursday and an ���˰�91��ƵSpecialist will assist you through the entire order process, from product selection to payment method. Whichever way you choose to order, you will be given an opportunity to review your order prior to submitting it. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a web order number.

Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. As with the web order number, the order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). The decision to accept your order is at our sole discretion. Because we want to make sure that we have your product available, we won’t accept your order until we have prepared your product for shipping. In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. For items that are not in stock, you will receive the Order Acceptance Email when the item becomes available and has been prepared for shipping, which in no event will be later than the “ships” timeframe presented to you at checkout. Once we have sent and you have received the Order Acceptance Email, ���˰�91��Ƶwill have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email).

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the http://www.apple.com/ae/shop/help/shipping_delivery page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the ���˰�91��ƵStore. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Apple’s control once it leaves our facilities, ���˰�91��Ƶcannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As ���˰�91��Ƶtakes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the ���˰�91��ƵStore, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact ���˰�91��Ƶto resolve.

���˰�91��Ƶprovides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at /legal/warranty and are also contained in your ���˰�91��Ƶhardware box. The ���˰�91��ƵOne-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not ���˰�91��Ƶbranded, even if packaged or sold with ���˰�91��Ƶproducts. Non-Apple-branded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer’s warranty provided by the product manufacturer—please see your product box and literature for details.

Payments

If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card.
