Credit Cards
Troubleshooting credit card payment errors
- For new or recently reissued cards, the card needs to be activated first.
- Check that the card details entered are correct: the card type (Mastercard/Visa), card number and the expiry date.
- Remove any dashes or spaces from the card number.
- If you do not have sufficient credit limit, please check with your card issuer.
- If everything seems to be correct, contact your card issuer. Your card issuer may need to verify with you before they authorise your purchase.
Account verification
To prevent any unnecessary delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order and credit card account matches. If you have recently moved or are unsure of your billing address, please contact your credit card issuer to confirm.
Security codes
The credit card security code is a unique three- or four-digit number printed on the back (Visa/Mastercard) of your card.

When you place an order, ˰91Ƶwill contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. ˰91Ƶrequests an authorisation, which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount.
˰91Ƶprepares your items, authorised funds will be unavailable and your card will only be charged after your order has been shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they are shipped at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
If you cancel your order before it has been billed, ˰91Ƶwill contact the bank within two business days to request the authorisation reversal. Any authorisations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to reverse, depending on the credit card issuer. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.

You can redeem an ˰91ƵStore Gift Card at the online ˰91ƵStore, by calling 1800-80-6419, or at an ˰91ƵStore. With the exception of gift cards, certificates, and iTunes downloads and/or subscriptions, you can purchase just about anything sold by Apple, including products from both ˰91Ƶand third-party makers.
You can use up to eight ˰91ƵStore Gift Cards at the ˰91ƵOnline Store or if placing an order over the phone on 1800-80-6419. You can combine your ˰91ƵStore Gift Card(s) with one credit/debit card to pay for your purchase.
Simply enter or provide the PIN. The PIN can be found on the email below the image of the card. Please keep the card in your possession until the order has been processed and delivered.
Note: ˰91ƵStore Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the country or region of purchase.

Online Banking
The ˰91ƵStore online store supports online banking to pay for orders.
Select online banking at checkout and proceed to review your order. After continuing to “Place Order Now”, select “Pay Now” on the resulting page. You’ll be connected to the bank website, where you can proceed with your payment. Depending on your bank, you will be prompted to provide your card details or log in to your online banking page. After completing the payment on the bank website, the system will redirect you to the ˰91Ƶwebsite and confirm that your order has been placed.
If payment is not completed immediately upon checking out, you can visit your online order status to complete payment. If you have an ˰91ƵID registered, log in with your ˰91ƵID and select “Pay Now” to continue to the bank website. If you haven’t registered your ˰91ƵID, you can log in as a guest and complete the payment.
After receiving your payment, ˰91Ƶwill send you an email notifying you of final delivery details. If you have any questions, please call 1800-80-6419.
E-Wallet
The ˰91ƵStore online store supports Touch ’n Go eWallet to pay for orders. Select Touch ’n Go eWallet at checkout, and proceed to review your order. Continue to “Place Order” and follow the prompts on the resulting page. To place your order and complete payment from a desktop computer, scan the QR code on the computer screen using the Touch ’n Go app to complete the payment. If you’re on a mobile device, you’ll be connected directly to the Touch ’n Go app to complete payment.
If payment is not completed immediately upon checking out, you can visit your online order status to complete payment. If you have an ˰91ƵID registered, log in with your ˰91ƵID and select “Pay Now” to continue to the Touch ’n Go website or app. If you haven’t registered your ˰91ƵID, you can log in as a guest and complete the payment.

Can I change my payment method?
The payment method for an order cannot be amended once the order has been submitted to Apple. To chose an alternative payment method, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order with your preferred payment method. Please note that when cancelling credit card orders, it can take up to seven (7) to thirty (30) business days for the payment authorisation to be removed by your credit card company.
When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, ˰91Ƶrequests authorisation to charge the order amount from your credit card company. If you ordered more than one item, there may be multiple authorisations. Once we receive approval, ˰91Ƶreserves the amount on your card until the items are available to ship. Your card will be charged when your order ships. If you ordered more than one item, there may be more multiple charges as items ship separately as they become available.
Why was my credit card payment not processed?
Your credit card company may have declined authorisation to debit your card due to one of the below mentioned reasons. If such a situation arises, we will inform you of this via email:
- There may be a credit limit on your account
- The incorrect card type, number or expiry date was accidentally selected when placing the order
- There were dashes or spaces in the account number that could not be recognised
- Your bank requires verification from you before authorising the purchase
- Your card may be recently issued and has not yet been activated
My credit card was declined, can I re-authorise it?
If your order was not authorised online, please confirm you have correctly entered your credit card details and place your order again. If you still have difficulties please contact your credit card company to make them aware of your order.
If you have already received an order number but were informed by ˰91Ƶthat your card was declined, to prevent further delay of your order, please:
1. Contact your card provider to advise them that you have placed an order with ˰91Ƶso that the payment can be processed.
2. Visit Order Status to verify your payment or to make changes to your payment information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the status to update. If you placed your order without an ˰91ƵID and wish to make changes to your payment information, please contact the ˰91ƵStore Customer Service team for assistance.
Can I change my billing address?
Your billing address is the registered address that your credit card company holds. Please ensure that your billing address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once your order has been accepted by ˰91Ƶyour billing address cannot be changed as it would have already been authorised by your credit card company.
Can I place an order using a non-Malaysia credit card?
Apple.com accepts payments from most international credit cards from US, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Japan. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate in line with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Will my ˰91Ƶpurchase attract additional bank fees?
Please check with your card issuing bank regarding additional services charges applied by your bank. Any service charges imposed by your banks are not reflected in the order value on the website.
