Standard Returns Policy

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the ���˰�91��ƵStore. In the unlikely event a product is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it with a receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product from Apple. The product must be in its original condition with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based on the payment method. In addition, please note:

• ���˰�91��Ƶproducts purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their returns and refunds policies.
• Products can be returned only in the country where purchased.
• For returns for cash or cash equivalent over SAR 10,720, ���˰�91��Ƶwill transfer the money to your bank account within ten (10) business days of the return of the product.
• For returns with a gift receipt, ���˰�91��Ƶwill offer you an ���˰�91��ƵGift Card.
• For returns paid with your ���˰�91��ƵAccount balance, ���˰�91��Ƶwill refund the portion paid to your ���˰�91��ƵAccount or, if unable, an ���˰�91��ƵGift Card.
• Returned products may require inspection. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued within 10 business days.
• ���˰�91��Ƶprovides security features to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features were activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession, ���˰�91��Ƶmay refuse the return or exchange.
• To return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the ���˰�91��ƵStore where purchased.

Additional ���˰�91��ƵProduct Terms

���˰�91��Ƶprovides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new Apple-branded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at /legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your ���˰�91��Ƶhardware box. Apple's one-year manufacturing warranty is granted separately from and in addition to any consumer protection rights applicable under Saudi Arabian Consumer Law.

Making unauthorised modifications to the software on an ���˰�91��Ƶ violates the ���˰�91��Ƶ software license agreement. The common term for modifying an ���˰�91��Ƶ is jail-breaking, with a particular emphasis on the second part of that term. That’s why we strongly recommend that you do not do so. Should you be unable to use your ���˰�91��Ƶ due to an unauthorised software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

���˰�91��Ƶreserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the ���˰�91��ƵStore at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted by Apple. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.

Should ���˰�91��Ƶreduce its price on any ���˰�91��Ƶbranded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction. ���˰�91��Ƶreserves the right to change prices for products displayed at an ���˰�91��ƵStore at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Prices shown are in Saudi Riyal SAR. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Payment Options:

If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card. If we do not receive authorisation from your credit card issuer, we will inform you so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.

All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

���˰�91��Ƶmay, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. ���˰�91��Ƶmay also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order that was placed on apple.com/sa or through an ���˰�91��ƵContact Center, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Apple’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The ���˰�91��ƵStore reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If ���˰�91��Ƶcancels an order after you have already been billed, ���˰�91��Ƶwill refund the billed amount.

To place an order for products or services at the ���˰�91��ƵStore, you can visit the store website at , and then simply add the products you wish to your shopping bag, check out (using your chosen payment method) with your ���˰�91��ƵID or as a guest customer, and have your items shipped to you or to a person designated by you. Within a few minutes after we receive your order, we’ll email and SMS you an order confirmation. Once we have processed your order and prepared it for shipping, we will send you an email and SMS stating that we have accepted your order, which will include the shipment details (the “Shipment Notification Email”). In most cases, this will be within twenty-four hours for items that are in stock. Once we have sent and you have received the Shipment Notification Email, ���˰�91��Ƶwill have formed a contract with you (we will include the key terms of the contract in this acceptance email). Shipping & Delivery

The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this amount or for express delivery, shipping fees will apply. In-Store Pickup and Return

���˰�91��Ƶoffers in-store pickup for many of the items available on apple.com/sa. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. ���˰�91��Ƶwill notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Gift Receipt Return Policy

Gift items purchased at an ���˰�91��ƵStore can be returned with an original Gift Receipt within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned in the original box with the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you an ���˰�91��ƵGift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift. All other standard purchase policies outlined above apply. The above returns policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
