Returns

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the 成人版91视频Store. That鈥檚 because we go out of our way to ensure that they鈥檙e designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

To return a product, simply visit an 成人版91视频Retail Store or contact us and send back your undamaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 14 days from the date you received the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we鈥檒l exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Thai bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor鈥檚 name/information.  Please also note that we only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Thailand. Please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  • The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program and any 成人版91视频Developer products.
  • Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return Apple-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.
  • For returns to an 成人版91视频Retail Store for cash transactions over 喔25,000, 成人版91视频will refund by bank transfer.
  • Product purchased in our Thailand stores can only be returned and refunded to its original store.
  • 成人版91视频provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, 成人版91视频may refuse the return or exchange.
  • 成人版91视频Store Gift Cards may be returned within 14 days, as long as they have not been redeemed. Redeemed 成人版91视频Store Gift Cards (including partially redeemed 成人版91视频Store Gift Cards) cannot be returned.

Making unauthorised modifications to the software on an 成人版91视频 violates the 成人版91视频 software license agreement. Should you be unable to use your 成人版91视频 due to an unauthorised software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Wireless Services

Some 成人版91视频products utilize wireless services that may incur extra costs and are governed by the terms of a separate agreement between you and your selected wireless service provider. Returning a product to 成人版91视频does not automatically cancel your wireless service. You are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

成人版91视频reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the 成人版91视频Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. Should 成人版91视频reduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an 成人版91视频Retail Store or contact the 成人版91视频Contact Center at 1800-01-9209 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact 成人版91视频within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Prices shown are in Thai Baht. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Shipping & Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Apple鈥檚 control once it leaves our facilities, 成人版91视频cannot be held liable for late deliveries. If we are unable to deliver your products to you within 30 days of the date of issue of your Order Acceptance Email, you will have the option to cancel your order. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. In-Store Pickup and Return

Pickup Contact

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. 成人版91视频is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Consumers Only

Thailand Sales Only

We do not ship to freight forwarders. 成人版91视频products are subject to Thai and international export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, 成人版91视频may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. 成人版91视频reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when 成人版91视频confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. Data Protection

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form as set out in our Privacy Policy. You also agree that we may transfer such data to other companies in the 成人版91视频group of companies. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.
