Returns

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the ���˰�91��ƵStore. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

To return a product, simply visit an ���˰�91��ƵRetail Store or contact us and send back your undamaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 14 days from the date you received the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Thai bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information.  Please also note that we only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Thailand. Please note the following:

• Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
• The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program and any ���˰�91��ƵDeveloper products.
• Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return Apple-branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.
• For returns to an ���˰�91��ƵRetail Store for cash transactions over ฿25,000, ���˰�91��Ƶwill refund by bank transfer.
• Product purchased in our Thailand stores can only be returned and refunded to its original store.
• ���˰�91��Ƶprovides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If you do not disable these features prior to returning your device, ���˰�91��Ƶmay refuse the return or exchange.
• ���˰�91��ƵStore Gift Cards may be returned within 14 days, as long as they have not been redeemed. Redeemed ���˰�91��ƵStore Gift Cards (including partially redeemed ���˰�91��ƵStore Gift Cards) cannot be returned.

Additional ���˰�91��ƵProduct Terms

The purchase and use of ���˰�91��ƵProducts are subject to terms and conditions found at:/legal/sla/ and /legal/warranty/.

Making unauthorised modifications to the software on an ���˰�91��Ƶ violates the ���˰�91��Ƶ software license agreement. Should you be unable to use your ���˰�91��Ƶ due to an unauthorised software modification, its repair will not be covered under the warranty.

Wireless Services

Some ���˰�91��Ƶproducts utilize wireless services that may incur extra costs and are governed by the terms of a separate agreement between you and your selected wireless service provider. Returning a product to ���˰�91��Ƶdoes not automatically cancel your wireless service. You are responsible for your wireless service agreement and for any applicable fees associated with your wireless account.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

���˰�91��Ƶreserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the ���˰�91��ƵStore at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you. Should ���˰�91��Ƶreduce its price on any Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an ���˰�91��ƵRetail Store or contact the ���˰�91��ƵContact Center at 1800-01-9209 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact ���˰�91��Ƶwithin 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events.

Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Prices shown are in Thai Baht. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

���˰�91��Ƶmay, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. ���˰�91��Ƶmay also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Centre order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Apple’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The ���˰�91��ƵStore reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If ���˰�91��Ƶcancels an order after you have already been billed, ���˰�91��Ƶwill refund the billed amount.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the ���˰�91��ƵStore. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Apple’s control once it leaves our facilities, ���˰�91��Ƶcannot be held liable for late deliveries. If we are unable to deliver your products to you within 30 days of the date of issue of your Order Acceptance Email, you will have the option to cancel your order. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment. ���˰�91��Ƶmust receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be canceled.

In-Store Pickup and Return

���˰�91��Ƶoffers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. ���˰�91��Ƶwill notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your, ���˰�91��Ƶmay cancel it. Pickup Contact

If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. ���˰�91��Ƶis not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Consumers Only

The ���˰�91��ƵStore sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at the ���˰�91��ƵStore for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing for resale.

Thailand Sales Only

Products purchased online from ���˰�91��Ƶor on the phone with the ���˰�91��ƵContact Center will only be shipped to addresses within Thailand. ���˰�91��Ƶwill not ship products purchased at the ���˰�91��ƵStore to an address outside of Thailand. We do not ship to freight forwarders. ���˰�91��Ƶproducts are subject to Thai and international export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, ���˰�91��Ƶmay have to limit the number of products available for purchase. ���˰�91��Ƶreserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when ���˰�91��Ƶconfirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, ���˰�91��Ƶwill cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

���˰�91��ƵOne-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

���˰�91��Ƶprovides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for any new ���˰�91��Ƶbranded product. The applicable warranty terms and conditions can be reviewed at /legal/warranty/ and are also contained in your ���˰�91��Ƶhardware box. The ���˰�91��ƵOne-Year Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple-branded, even if packaged or sold with ���˰�91��Ƶproducts. Non-���˰�91��Ƶbranded products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty provided by the product manufacturer - please see your product box and literature for details.

Data Protection

By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form as set out in our Privacy Policy. You also agree that we may transfer such data to other companies in the ���˰�91��Ƶgroup of companies. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.
